Jiu-Jitsu seminar in Ötlingen

On Saturday, the 19th April 2008 organized by the TSG-Ötlingen Ötlingen in the multi-purpose hall a self defense course in Jiu-Jitsu. The speakers Sepp Oberhollenzer (6th DAN) from Schwäbisch Gmünd, Torsten Kosuch (5th DAN) in Leipzig, Richard Schmidt (5th DAN) from Salach and Ulrich Häßner (5th DAN) from Adorf provided the participants with the practical self-defense in Jiu Hanbo-Jitsu with and without (long stick).
The 87 participants, adults and adolescents 12 years, trained in different groups and practice rooms. The defense techniques including blocking techniques and judo-throws were trained in the multi-purpose hall and stick techniques in the school hall. The groups had
morning and afternoon to deal with two training sessions. At the conclusion followed relaxation exercises and massages. Each participant received a certificate course with a group photo. At the end we met then in the guest house in Egringen Rebstock. secured
